Building on over 100 years of tradition, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas provides career-focused training to aspiring cooking school students who want a creative future that’s anything but ordinary.
In a location surrounded by five-star restaurants, renowned chefs, and some of the nation’s most innovative dining and hospitality concepts, Le Cordon Bleu provides a creative and supportive atmosphere that simulates the culinary world. At our Las Vegas cooking school, you’ll work in industry-equipped kitchens, using fine ingredients and commercial-grade tools. Like our other college students from Nevada and worldwide, you’ll train alongside professional chef instructors who share their real-world experience − and encourage you to develop your creativity. Through a methodology of demonstration followed by hands-on application, these masters of the craft teach classic foundational techniques and innovations. While learning the essential elements of creating any style of cuisine, you can develop new skills and the confidence to continue your journey to a world of culinary possibilities.
Within our culinary school environment, you can gain valuable back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house experience as you practice your skills in a simulated restaurant environment. As you near completion of your training, you can perfect your skills in real-world externship, working with and being mentored by culinary or hospitality establishment professionals.
According to the National Restaurant Association, the food-service industry topped 13.5 million employees in 2014*, potentially creating even more demand for those with culinary backgrounds. At Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, you can learn the way to prepare for the next step of your journey to a culinary future. By the time you graduate, you may be ready to pursue a wide variety of culinary positions or to hone your skills and advance your career in the culinary, hospitality and foodservice industries.
